Rates & Reservations
To rent Villa Biru the cost is AUD $1700 per night plus 21% tax and service charge.
Rates are inclusive of:
Daily continental breakfast
Laundry
15% discount for 10 night bookings.
There is a minimum stay requirement of three (3) nights. During school holidays the minimum stay requirement is seven (7) nights.
When viewing the calendar, should your preferred dates not be available, please contact us and we will work wit h you to find alternate dates for your next holiday to our island paradise.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bookings are for accommodation purposes only. Guest rooms and the villa or the facilities are unable to be used for gatherings, parties or events. No refunds shall be provided should the guests not meet these requirements.
No animals / pets allowed on property.
Indonesian Government Hygiene and Cleanliness
At our Villa, guests comfort, health and safety are always our primary concern, and we would like to reassure our guests that we have high standards of health and safety in place.
Payment Policy
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to hold the villa.
Full payment is required no less than 45 days prior to arrival.
At this time we can only accept bank transfer to an AUD currency IDR bank account.
Billing
During your stay any bar, food and beverage items can added to a bill for your group. Upon check out payment can be made with cash or credit card. Safe deposit boxes are provided in all bedrooms please keep cash and personal or valuable items here.
Cancellation Policy
Changes of dates are permitted if you move the booking no less than 45 days before the original travel date. Subject to availability.
Please refer to your travel insurance policy for cover on any acts of nature i.e. Earthquake, Floods, Pandemics, flight or booking cancellations. Travel insurance is recommended and we will refer you to your travel policy should you need to cancel your booking. We can issue you with a cancellation letter.
Our apologies we will not able to offer any further changes / credit considerations for no shows or cancellations 45 days prior to arrival.

Availability Calender
Villa Biru is available for private rental for limited periods throughout the year. We welcome small families and groups with a maximum of eight people who want to relax and indulge themselves in Nusa Lembongan’s finest villa.
Nusa Lembongan is Bali’s version of a romantic island getaway, with an unspoiled culture and a tranquil and unhurried ambience. These characteristics together with the spectacular villa see many first time visitors become regular guests.
